2019 Nissan RoguePerformance
The 2019 Nissan Rogue combines fuel efficiency with performance. The 2.5-liter engine has a Continuously Variable Valve Timing Control System (CVTCS) that provides 170 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. The Xtronic Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) provides power when needed and helps maintain engine speed. An available intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system allows drivers to successfully navigate changing road conditions by adjusting which wheels receive power The Rogue offers assisting technologies to make driving a smoother experience. When on a hill, Hill Start Assist allows drivers time to transition from the brake to the accelerator without rolling backward. For curvy roads, the Rogue offers Intelligent Trace Control to help drivers maneuver through curves with less effort by applying brakes to each wheel as needed. When the road gets bumpy, Active Ride Control applies the brakes and changes engine torque automatically to make the ride smoother. The Intelligent Engine Brake System helps avoid sudden stopping by utilizing the Xtronic CVT to engage engine braking.

Nissan Intelligent Mobility
The Nissan Rogue offers Nissan ProPILOT Assist to help drivers maneuver more safely in traffic. With ProPILOT Assist, the Rogue can maintain speed allowing drivers to follow a preceding vehicle at a preset distance. Other ProPILOT Assist features allow drivers to stay centered in their lane of travel. Additionally, the Rogue can fully stop or return to road speed based on the flow of traffic. Additional driver assistance technologies that are available on the Rogue include automatic emergency braking, rear automatic braking with a rear sonar system, intelligent lane intervention and intelligent cruise control. Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection has the ability to stop the Rogue when it senses a pedestrian in the crosswalk. The Rear Automatic Braking System uses sonar to detect stationary things behind the car and can automatically stop the car to avoid or lessen a collision. Intelligent Lane Intervention uses lane markings to determine when the Rogue is drifting from its travel lane and applies brakes to keep that from happening. Intelligent Cruise Control helps the Rogue maintain a set speed to keep the car a set distance from preceding vehicles. The Rogue offers features to help drivers be more aware of their surroundings. Intelligent Around View Monitor, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning and Blind Spot Warning systems give drivers warnings when objects are hidden from view but can cause potential accidents. Paying attention to those warnings can help drivers avoid those collisions.
