Nissan’s best-selling vehicle, the Altima sedan, has claimed a top spot in the APEAL study by JD Power, demonstrating a high degree of satisfaction among owners. The 2016 Nissan Altima is available now at McKinnon Nissan dealer serving Birmingham AL.
